Vitamin D3 is Vitamin D3, everything I looked at is "pharmaceutical" and "Food grade", I do not believe there is such thing as "industrial grade Vitamin D3", but maybe there is, I didn't look. I would like for Dr. Lee to provide us with a single Safety Data Sheet, provided by a D3 manufacturer that shows there is no health hazard and it does not contain hazardous chemicals. Just show me a single MSDS. Just 1.
Looking at Safety Data Sheets for "Vitamin D3" that state it should not be consumed because it is a Level 1 and 2 health hazard that can cause damage in a single exposure or over long-term use, is not like "misinterpreting song lyrics", it is literally reading the song lyrics, right out of the note pad they were written in. Again, please provide 1 MSDS from a D3 manufacturer that shows it should be consumed and is not a health hazard and does not contain toxins. I think this is a reasonable request.

It is a real service to humanity what you are doing here. I don’t have time to look up all this stuff and I don’t even try to go down these rabbit holes because I know how much time and expertise it takes, which I don’t have. But, through your work I can recognize the patterns of behavior and that works as a kind of ‘tell’ that supports your research—arrogance, defensiveness, blanket dismissals, honing in on one questionable artifact or using a character attack to try to discredit—these people are telling us who they are all the time. All leaders and public dispensers of advice and concoctions should be scrutinized, and if they can’t take the heat they should get out of the kitchen.

Look to herbs and teas made therefrom.
Lutein for my eyes comes from marigolds. Making tea from them from Mexico.
Drinking Essiac and wormwood tea.
Green tea with cut ginger and turmeric root.
All other vitamins from plants.
Only meat is grass fed bovine to avoid injections.
